“A Heart Shaped Thank You”

Recently I needed to put some small thank-you baskets together.

I started with this adorable handmade heart basket from my favorite “Amish Baskets” website. It is affordable and well made.

I love using a kitchen towel to line the basket with, and since I filled it with some of my favorite lemony goodness products, I chose dish towels with lemons on them from “DII”.

This gave me the natural color scheme of using yellow and mint green.

Adding mint colored crinkled paper from “Hobby Lobby”-  they have the best colors, I nestled the items into the basket. I included a “Thymes” lemon dish soap, “The Body Shop” lemon lotion and body wash, and a tiny cultured marble Christus statue from “Seagull Book”.

I planned the size of the thank you note to nestle at the back of the basket, and then wrapped the entire basket and its contents up in cellophane wrap.

Ribbon is the perfect compliment to finish off any gift, and this one received a small ribbon bundle made from “May Arts” ribbon and bakers twine. I tied a couple small sprigs of silk white snow drop flowers into the final bow, trimmed the cellophane, fluffed it, and these pretty packages were ready to be delivered!

A small and simple heart filled with LIGHT and gratitude!!! I loved every second of assembling these, and had even more fun delivering them!

I hope you have a week filled with LIGHT as you look for opportunities to share your heart with others!

Love Ya, Les 💚
